When entering, we ask you to enter your predicted time in the following format: Minutes:Seconds. Please do not enter text, numbers only. For example, a 20 minute run would be entered as 20:00.

 

Please ONLY tick the reactive dog box if you dog is actually reactive. Anyone who ticks this box is agreeing to race in a high visibility top which states 'reactive', 'needs space', or words to that effect.

This venue is a mixture of woodland and open field trails, with a selection of hilly challenges. 

The venue has the following facilities:-

  • Portable toilets
  • Portable showers
  • Chemical toilet disposal point
  • Rubbish skip

There is no electric hook up but generators are permitted between 7am and 9pm. There will be on-site catering.

We'll have a range of activities and games in the afternoons for you and your dogs, plus a quiz on the Saturday evening.

The surrounding fields sometimes use bird scarers. If you dogs are noise sensitive, please be aware of this before entering. 

This event will have Bikejor, Scooter and Canicross. Camping will be available on site.

Long course is approximately 5k. Short course and Novice is approximately 3k. Odds and Bods is approximately 1.5k

Racing is over four days and prizes given for the best combined times for the weekend. For the Friday and Monday all course distances are stepped down to the next shortest distance, however points are based on the class entered not the distance covered. Organisers reserve the right to shorten course distance depending in weather conditions, based on animal welfare and safety grounds.

Please note

  • You need to race Saturday and Sunday, and either Friday or Monday to be in the running for a weekend podium placing. So you need to race 3 days.
  • Mondays racing can count towards the weekends results, but will not count towards the series points. Series points are available on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Below is an indication of the potential start times. Your start time will be sent out to you in the welcome pack via email, a week prior to the race.

8.30am – 3.40pm – Racing
4pm – 5pm – AGM
6.30pm – 9.30pm – Quiz Night


Sunday 5th April 2026

8.30am – 3.40pm – Racing
5.30pm – Series Prize Giving
8pm – 10pm – Social drinks in the marquee

Monday 6st April 2026

8.00am – 1.40pm – Racing
3.30pm – Weekend Prize Giving
