Novice Class
Distance approx 3km.
Adults only.
One dog only.
Our Novice classes are for people new to the sport. It is not for Novice dogs that have experienced owners. It is a quieter, smaller class, and we don't make the assumption that you know how it all works! You can stay in the class until you win, or have several placings, or feel ready to tackle the open classes. For this reason, Novice is not part of the series. If we feel you are too experienced for this class, we may ask you to move up to open for your next race with us. You can't enter an Open class and Novice in the same discipline. Once you have moved out of Novice, you can't come back into it.
Odds and Bods
Distance 1.5 - 2km
Adults only.
This is a non-competitive class, that will give you a finish time, but has no placings, nor is part of the series. People can use it for a number of different reasons, introducing a new dog who can't run a full distance, an older dog who still likes to do their bit, a dog coming back from injury etc
